Established in 1919, Atlantic has never wavered from its philosophy of offering customers quality luggage at an extraordinary value. This product comes with our guarantee that it will be free from defects in workmanship and material for the full warranty period.[Air and Expandable series warranty period is 10 years; Eternity series warranty period is 20 years; Professional and Infinity series warranty period is limited lifetime.]Should you have a problem, contact one of our Customer Service representatives toll free at 1-888-8-ATLANTIC. If it is determined that the problem is a result of manufacturing defect, Atlantic will promptly repair or replace the case and ship it back to you free of charge. Simply send the case, along with an explanation of the defect, and proof of purchase to an Authorized Atlantic repair location.Although the fabric and components used in this product are among the finest available, it should be understood that components, such as the handle & wheel system, are exposed to natural wear after extended use. This type wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. If such repairs are required, you may send the case to a certified repair location, and the bag will be repaired for a nominal fee. If the product is no longer available, Atlantic reserves the right to substitute a comparable product.This warranty does not guarantee against abuse or mishandling of luggage by commercial carriers. Boyt

Boyt warrants its bags to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Boyt will replace the product if, upon review, Boyt determines the bag cannot be repaired to a satisfactory condition. The Boyt Warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but is not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles and other moving parts.If damage is determined not to be covered under the Boyt Warranty, Boyt will provide repair service for you at a reasonable cost. Due to the age of some bags, it is not always possible to repair a bag or to repair it with original fabrics and parts.Boyt has a number of authorized repair centers throughout the country. If you care to, you may take your bag to one of those centers. If you choose to send the bag directly to Boyt, upon your approval of the charge we will repair it and reship to you.This repair/warranty policy is in lieu of any other Boyt repair policy whether expressed, written or implied. Boyt Signature Series

Boyt warrants its Signature Series bags against any and all damage, regardless of cause, during the first three years of ownership. Proof of purchase must accompany the bag when submitting it for repair.Beyond the three-year period, Boyt's normal warranty policy applies.

Simple as that. Our "Simple as that" warranty will cover the functionality of your Briggs & Riley product for life. Please keep in mind as with any product, component parts will show wear and tear with use over time. Victorinox® Travel Gear, Daypack and Accessory Products are under warranty for the life of the product to be free from any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right, at our option, to repair or replace merchandise.The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling, or common carrier damage. All Tumi products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship, we will promptly repair the item at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired). All we require is that you call us first, and then send your bag to the repair location that we indicate. This is not an unconditional guarantee for the life of the product. Tumi is made from the finest materials available under our exacting manufacturing standards. But, like any other product, it is not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from abuse or mishandling of the product. If an airline or other carrier damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim with the carrier. We also do not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of the bag. Also, as with any other product, it should be expected that component parts - particularly leather, moving parts and wheels - will show wear with use over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our guarantee, but we will be happy to provide you with prompt, high-quality repair service at a nominal cost.
